Beautiful 114pg (first time) book by Corrina Hui on the East Bay’s resilient, talented and interconnected creatives who make the Bay what it is today. Cold Summers is an archive of film photographs by Hui, accompanied by quotes, letters, menus, interviews and more. We were really grateful to be a small part of bringing this project to life. To those we know and love (Good Hot, Year of the Snake, Good Luck), and to those we now can’t wait to know and love (Linger Longer, Xulo, Okkon and more), this is a much needed tribute to the hard-working culinary creatives, curators and craftspeople who are doing what they love against the odds.
